Measure the circumference of your wrist at the narrowest point above the wrist bone.
Wrist Circumference: 17–19 cm = Medium
Wrist Circumference: 19–21.5 = Large
Wrist Circumference: 21.5–23.5 cm= X Large
Fit Tip
If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
