We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for change-of-mind purchases.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect or significantly different from the description
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Return Eligibility
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase

- Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Items Shipped From Supplier Warehouses
Some products may be shipped directly from supplier warehouses. If a return is required for these items, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
