How to Use

1. Insert 1 or 2 FlexEze Heat Patches into Body Wrap without removal of backing paper. Face paper side away from body.
   
2. Position wrap around desired treatment area and fasten velcro when in desired position. 
   Ideally suited for the low back region, but may also be wrapped around other joints and body parts.
