Description
The Adidas Gym Ball helps improve core strength, balance, and stability through a wide range of functional exercises. Ideal for Pilates, stretching, rehabilitation, and home workouts, the ball features a dual-textured anti-slip surface for improved grip and control. Built with anti-burst technology, the ball slowly deflates if punctured to help reduce the risk of injury. Durable and easy to inflate with the included pump, it’s a versatile tool for strengthening, mobility training, and even active sitting.
Two sizes are available to suit different heights:
55 cm – best for users approximately 155–167 cm tall
75 cm – best for users approximately 188 cm and taller
If you are between these sizes, you may prefer a 65 cm gym ball, available in 5 colours.
